Protecting yourself spiritually means that you do all that you can to protect your bio-energy field from energies that don’t serve you or can harm you.
Remember, though, that this doesn’t mean you’re blocking out your shadow. That would be spiritual bypassing. It’s important to still recognise that there are “heavier” elements in life, as well as spiritual bliss, which is part of the duality of the Universe.
